Meet Dr. Jabren
George W. Jabren, M.D., F.A.C.S. has been a well-respected member of the Atlanta medical community for the last 13 years. He is certified by the American Board of Urology and his areas of expertise include urologic cancers, kidney stone disease, advanced laparoscopy, men’s health, and male and female urinary issues.
After receiving the Scholar of the College award and graduating magna cum laude from Boston College, Dr. Jabren received his M.D. from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine where he was accepted into the Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society. Dr. Jabren completed his General Surgery Internship and Urology Residency at Tulane University in New Orleans. He started his private practice career in 2005 in the Greater Boston area and was awarded Massachusetts Physician of the Year in 2006.
Dr. Jabren is a member of the American Urological Association as well as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has been published in several medical journals, authored urological book chapters, and has given countless presentations among peers and future doctors.
Dr. Jabren shares his excitement for urology in and out of the office, further evidenced by his volunteer efforts with the International Volunteers in Urology. He continues to stay updated on the newest high-tech medical and surgical techniques within urology.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Jabren is married and has three sons. He lives an active life enjoying basketball, running, travel, and walking his dogs.
